7. Payments

Payments for services can be made via our website using debit or credit cards, or BACS. Payments must be made in full 14 days prior to the start of the course. Payment plans are available with specific terms, and failure to comply may result in additional charges and legal actions. 

8. Learners with Special Requirements

We support learners with additional educational needs. Please inform us of any requirements at enrolment to ensure appropriate accommodations. 

  • Dyslexia: Allowances for spelling, color-coded materials, extra exam time, etc.
  • Impaired Mobility: We strive to make necessary adjustments for accessibility.
  • Other Conditions: Support for conditions like epilepsy or asthma with valid medical documentation. 

9. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and keeping your information secure. We only share information as required by law or for administrative purposes. Personal information will not be shared for marketing purposes without consent. 

10. Cancellation

Under The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your course within 14 working days of receiving the materials. Cancellations must be in writing and sent via recorded delivery. A 3% administration fee applies to all cancellations. 

11. No Activity

If there is no communication or activity on your account for 3 months, we may remove you from the active learner list and initiate actions for any outstanding payments. 

12. Certificates

A fee of £30.00 is charged for posting certificates and £80.00 for replacements, plus any awarding body charges. We are not responsible for certificates damaged during delivery.
