By embracing new technology, we deliver training that empowers our learners to create the safest possible workplaces. This commitment remains steadfast as we integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into our technology.

Our adoption of AI will align with our core values, ensuring we serve the interests of our customers, colleagues, communities, and the planet. We will achieve this by being informed, aligned, transparent, and compliant with all legal requirements. AI impacts digital data, tools, and our operational processes, influencing every aspect of our business. Therefore, we must consider its effects on all stakeholders equally. 

What AI Is

AI is a tool designed to enhance our effectiveness and efficiency, providing valuable digital assistance to improve our operations and services. 

What AI Isn't

AI should never make unilateral, independent decisions. The responsibility for regulating and managing AI lies with us. It is our duty to assess and mitigate the risks associated with AI usage.
